About Us

Founder, teacher, mum and lover of all things French.

I was born near Lyon in France and now live in Sydney with my little family (my Indian partner, our energetic toddler, plus a cat and a dog). Growing up in a very small village shaped a lot of who I am – sometimes school was even cancelled because there was too much snow!

And instead of an ice-cream truck, we had a cheese truck that would park right outside our house. Everyone would go out to buy fresh cheese, butter and cream. That probably tells you how small and different my childhood was compared to life here in Sydney.

I originally planned to stay in Australia for one year – to travel, learn English and explore. Well… it’s been over 12 years now, and I’m still here. I fell in love with the lifestyle, the weather, and the people, and I truly feel at home.

French for Littles started because I genuinely believe young children (even babies!) are capable of so much more than we think. Watching little ones understand, repeat, and use French in real life brings me so much joy.

In class, my goal is simple:

• make children feel happy, confident and included

• help parents learn alongside their child

• and make French feel natural and fun

I love creating interactive activities, songs, puppets, movement games… anything that gets children engaged and excited. Every child learns at their own pace – and I absolutely love that.

Above all, I really care about the families who join us. I want you to feel welcomed, supported, and proud of every little step your child takes.

I can’t wait to meet your family and share the magic of French with your little one.

À bientôt
